Individual Counseling & Support
Life comes with challenges, and you don’t have to navigate them alone. I offer individual therapy for children and female adults, providing a space to help you find clarity, build confidence, and develop skills to manage stress, anxiety, self-doubt, and major life transitions.
My approach is supportive, and solution focused. I can help you make sense of life, reduce intrusive and/or overwhelming thoughts, and challenge negative beliefs with kindness and self-compassion.
Children/Teens (10+)
These years can be tough, filled with big emotions, social pressures, and identity exploration. Therapy offers a space where teens can feel safe, understood, and equipped with the tools to navigate life’s challenges.

Mature Adults (55+)
Aging comes with reflection, transitions, and sometimes grief. Therapy can provide support in processing the past, adjusting to change, and finding meaning in the present.
