Hey!

I’m Alexis, a down-to-earth therapist who creates a space where teens and women can feel heard, supported, and empowered. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not yourself lately, you don’t have to go through it alone—I’m here to help.

What I Do

I specialize in working with children aged 10+ and female adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, self-esteem struggles, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and real—I’ll support you, but I’ll also hold you accountable so you can actually make progress and feel better.

What It’s Like to Work with Me

Our sessions will consist of a mix of conversation, practical tools, and a little humor. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, motivational interviewing and solution-focused therapy, but I provide just honest support to help you gain clarity, confidence, and a sense of direction.

A Little About Me

• I went to Florida State University (FSU) and the University of Central Florida (UCF). I spent most of my life in Florida before relocating to Texas.

• When I’m not in session, you can find me at Pilates or watching Netflix

• Fun fact: I have a Yorkie Poodle named Bell.
